Below is a menu of our programming most commonly used for summer and school year vacation weeks!
MINI-CLINICS:
KTK Intensive mini-clinic classes meet for 2.5 or 3 hours per day. Students will prepare two or more recipes and have opportunity to socialize and engage in structured and unstructured games or activities.
As you’ve come to expect, after every Kids’ Test Kitchen class, students receive the focal ingredients, and/or samples of what they prepared, and the printed recipe card to take with them!
3-hour classes
15-hour: 5 consecutive days, 3 hours per day . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $275/participant
12-hour: 4 consecutive days, 3 hours per day . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $230/participant
9-hour: 3 consecutive days, 3 hours per day . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $190/participant
2.5-hour classes
12.5-hour: 5 consecutive days, 2.5 hours per day . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $240/participant

CONDENSED-CLASSIC:
Are you happy with our classic, 1-hour format? We can do that too! We call it our condensed classic because the 1-hour class will take place for 5 days over the course of one week.
The cost of this option is $120/participant.
LARGE GROUP-BREAK IT UP & SHAKE IT UP:
This option is most often used by organizations that offer full-day camp and are looking for a creative way to bring engaging, and enriching programming to each of their campers, while also giving counselors a bit of a break. We come to you one time during any week, or any number of weeks, or even each week – (mid-day seems to be the preference) – for ~1.5 hours. Your staff will divide the entire group into approximately 2 groups, giving us one 1/2 of your campers for 45-minutes while the other 1/2 of the campers participate in something else. Then we switch!
Lessons are selected and presented in a manner which enables EACH participant to be engaged hands-on in the preparation process.
Each student will receive the focal ingredient or a sample, as well as the printed recipe card to take home!
